Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors to bid for the underlisted jobs:
2. Job Description
LOT 1: Renovation of Government Transport Pool.
LOT 2: Construction of 60 Units Car Park at Secretariat Annex
LOT 3-LOT 7: Provision of Solar Powered Boreholes in Blocks i-iv of the State Secretariat Complex and the Government Transport Pool respectively
LOT 8: Supply of Furniture and other Household items to the Ondo State Liaison office Staff lodge, Lagos
3 Requirement for Tendering
Interested bidders are expected to submit the following documents.
- Evidence of Company Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Evidence of Registration with the Ondo State Ministry of Works
- Current Corporate/Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates.
- Evidence of payment of 3 years Development Levy, 2008.2009 and 2010.
- Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of N10,000.
- Company profile detailing Technical Competence and evidence of execution of similar projects.
4. Interested bidders are to obtain contract details from the office of the Director of Finance and Administration, General Administration Department, Governor’s Office, Akure
5. Submission of Tender
All tender documents must be submitted in sealed, waxed envelope, marked GAD and indicate the Lot No. on the left top corner of the envelope and submit to:

6. All tenders must be submitted on or before 4.00 p.m, Tuesday, 9th November, 2010 as late submission of Tenders would NOT be entertained.
