INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
Dental Technologists Registration Board of Nigeria invites interested companies to pre-qualification for consideration in tendering for the execution of the following contracts:
1. Renovation of Laboratory space
2. Procurement of Laboratory Equipment
3. Procurement of power Generating sets
4. Procurement of Motor Vehicle
5. Consultancy Service (For Accreditation)
Pre-qualification Criteria
In order to be considered for participation in the tender process, the Board requires any interested contractor to comply fully with pre-qualification requirements which include:
- Submission of the company’s profile and organization structure including names and resumes of key personnel with telephone numbers and e-mail address
- Copies of certificate of Incorporation
- Evidence of similar work experience in the past five years with valid address and names of client’s representatives that can be contacted.
- Relationships with any key Officer of the Board
- Details of Company’s financial audited account and Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years
- Documented evidence of any significant details of Quality Assurance/Quality control procedures.
Submission of Pre-Qualification Document
Separate submission is required for each contract category a party wishes to pre-qualify for. Two copies of the company’s profile and other required pre-qualification documents should be safely packaged and sent in separate sealed envelopes marked as follows:
