Addendum Invitation to Bid

Subsequent to our advertisement on the above published in the Federal Tenders Journal of Monday, July 1, – Sunday July 14 2013, and other two National Dailies, Federal Science and Technical College (FSTC) Yaba, Lagos wishes all interested Companies to note that all tendering companies are required to submit the following documents:-

1. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance
3. Evidence of VAT Registration
4. Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No. 9 2011
5. Evidence of Pensions/Social Security Contribution in    accordance with the Pensions Act, 2004
6. Verifiable evidence of financial capability and support by a Reputable Bank
7. Comprehensive Company Profile
8. List of similar jobs executed previously
9. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N10,000.00 per loi payable to Federal Pay Office II (FPOII) Lagos

All tendering companies are further required to note:-

(i)                Technical and Financial bids should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and marked appropriately addressed to the Chairman School’s Tender’s Board (STB).

(ii)              All bid documents to be collected from the Secretary Tender’s Board, Federal Science and Technical College, Yaba, Lagos, between 9.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, not later than 12.00pm of 12^th August, 2013

(iii)           Price document dully signed to be submitted with sealed envelopes as in (i) above, not later than 12 noon, 13^th of August, 2013.

(iv)           Opening of Bids will be at the Principal’s Conference Room on 13^th August, by 1.00pm

(v)             Interested bodies or their representatives are hereby invited to attend the function.
