Michael Otedola College of Primary Education,
Noforija, Epe, Lagos State, invites qualified contractors to tender for the following ETF project:
E – LIBRARY
Interested contractors are to submit the following documents;
1. Certificate of company’s incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Evidence of registration as contractor (certificate of incorporation) with relevant government ministries
3. Evidence of company’s financial standing
4. Current tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years
5. Evidence of execution and completion of similar jobs in the last three (3) years
6. Evidence of VAT registration
7. Evidence of three years tax clearance certificate of two (2) Directors obtained from Lagos State Government
8. Evidence of registration as contractors with the College
9. Any other relevant information
Please note that:
1. Pre-qualification fee is #250,000.00, Please pay into Skye Bank Account No 1770585329
2. MOCPED reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and to terminate the selection process at any time without any liability whatsoever.
3. All documents shall be in ten (10) copies, spiral bounded and enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to The Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, P.M.B 1028, Noforija, Epe, Lagos State.
