Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors/Suppliers for 2009/2010/2011 (MFRGED) TETFUND Normal Intervention Projects
The Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic (ATAP), Bauchi wishes to bring to the notice of interested competent and Reputable Contractors /Suppliers that the Polytechnic will carry-out works and supply under the 2009/2010/2011 merged tetfund Intervention as follows:
- Construction of 4 No: block of 6 Classrooms
- Construction of 1 No: block of 2 Classrooms
- Construction of 1 No: block of 12 Classrooms
- Procurement of Laboratory equipment
- Construction of 350 units 5-seater tip up lecture seat
- Construction of 400 No: 5-seat tip up lecture seat a
- Procurement of 50 No: Lecturer’s tables, chairs and 100 No: visitors chairs
- Procurement of No: water tanker
- Procurement of 30 No: Split Air Conditioner 1.5Hp LG.
Pre-Qualification Requirement
- Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
- Value Added Tax Registration Certificate
- Verifiable Evidence of previous experience in area of interest.
- Company Profile
- Three years Audited Accounts/Evidence of Financial
- Capacity.
- Evidence of Compliance with Pension Reform Act. 2004
- Evidence of Compliance with the statutory provision Section 8 (1)-(3) of the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act. 2011.
Submission of Documents:
The application of Pre-qualification must be submitted in sealed envelopes and boldly marked “Pre-Qualification Documents for……..and should be addressed as follows: The Registrar, Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic, Bauchi, Bauchi State.
Closing Date:
Eligible Contractors/Suppliers are expected to submit relevant document and contact address on or before 5th April 2013 as the Pre-Qualification Documents will be publicly opened for processing at a later date. Only qualified companies
Will be short-listed and invited to tender.

The Pre-Qualification invitation shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of Abubakar Talari Ali Polytechnic, Bauchi, Bauchi State nor shall entitle any company to make any claim what so ever and or seek any indemnity from the Polytechnic by virtue of such company having responded to the advert. The Polytechnic is not under any obligation to include your company on its list of contractors.
