The Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic. Zaria hereby invites tenders from interested contractors, companies/firms, for the execution of ETF special intervention projects 2011
LOT 1: Constriction of one Block of one Storey Classroom
LOT 2: Construction of one Block of one Storey Academic Office Complex
LOT 3: Procurement of Classroom and Office Furniture
2. Pre-Qualification Requirements
- Evidence of registration as contractors with Kaduna Stale Government.
- Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
- List of similar jobs executed previously
- A letter of credibility from the bank as a customer that maintain an account in the bank.
3. Tender Documents
Only Contractors, Company /Firms who have satisfied prequalification condition on above, may be allowed to tender, on payment of non-refundable fees of N50,000.00 Tender documents are obtainable at the office of the Director, Physical Planning Department, on presentation of evidence of payment.
4. Submission Requirement
All completed tender document must be sealed and marked “Confidential E.T.F 2010 Special Intervention Tender” and returned to the office of the Registrar on or before 12noon. On 18th October 2010. The documents will be opened at 12:30pm on the closing date at the Board Room of the Polytechnic.
