Invitation to Tender
1. Introduction
The Bauchi State Government wishes to invite tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake a rehabilitation work of its four state Hotels.
2. Scope of Work in Each of the Hotels:
- Administration block
- Remodeled special V.I.P chalet
- Remodeled Double V.I.P chalet
- Two-Bedroom senior staff quarters semi-detached
- One bedroom junior staff quarters
- Fencing and gatehouse.
3. Eligibly to Tender
Interested qualified contractors should submit their quotations for the work together with the following:
- Contract registration certificate with Bauchi State Government/Federal Government
- List of previous experiences in similar work
- Company profile
- Evidence from the company’s Bank to its financial capability to undertake the job
- Tax clearance certificates
- Registration of business premises certificate
- Certificate of incorporation from the CAC
- Completed tenders document should be scaled waxed and clearly marked with relevant contract Title at the top of the left corner of the envelop.
4. Bidding Fee (Non-Refundable):
All bidders are expected to pay 0.5% of the total contract sum.
5. All applications for tender should reach the office of the Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Commerce and Industry on or before 2nd November 2010 this notice.
