Invitation to Tender
In continuation of our resolve to partner with the state government in its tireless effort to provide development projects in every nooks and crannies of the state, the Gaya local government intends to execute the following projects and therefore invites qualified contractors for the pre-qualification to tender for the following projects:
1. Construction of maternity hospital at Gyanawa in Gaya town
2. Construction of market stalls, lock-up shops at Gaya central market.
Submission of Pre-Qualification Document/Eligibility:
To be eligible for consideration the contractor in his proposal (profile) must include:
i. Evidence of incorporation or registration business name with CAC
ii. Registration with states works registration board in relevant category
iii. Company’s audited account for three years
iv. Evidence of financial capability and/or banking support
v. Evidence and technical qualifications of key personnel
vi. Record of previous project’s executed/performed
vii. Ability to transport materials to site
viii. Evidence of settlement of PAY.E. And withholding taxes due to the state
ix. VAT registration and evidence of VAT remittance
x. Local resources utilization
xi. Community and social responsibility support
Eligible contractor should forward their bid document to the office of the director personnel management, Gaya local government secretariat in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the Construction of (name any of the listed protects above)” to reach him on or before 10th May, 2012,
Important Notice
1. The local government reserves the right to stagger the tendering process subject to availability of funds.
2. This advertisement should not be considered as a contract award or any commitment on the part of Gaya focal government, nor shall it entitle any contractor and or company to make any claim whatsoever from Gaya local government by virtue of having responded to this advertisement.
