Tenders are hereby invited from reputable contractors registered with the Lagos State Government and Agege Local Government for these and other projects due for execution within the council Area.
1) Construction of Roads:
i) Alagbigba Street
ii) Apata Street
iii) Adepegba Street
iv) Alowonle Street
v) Ashaolu Street and others
2) Construction of Drainages:
i) Ifelodun Street
ii) Qlufeso Street
iii) Apata Street
iv) Alagbigba Street
v) Toyin Balogun Street and others.
3) Construction of prototype Public Toilet at Primary schools
4) Construction of Prototype New Classroom Blocks in Primary Schools
5) Construction of Borehole in Wards
6) Supply and Installation of transformer
7) Construction and Rehabilitation of motor parks
8) Construction and Renovation of public Health Centres
9) Construction and Rehabilitation of Markets
10) Purchase of Vehicles
Official Vehicle and Others
Requirement:
1. Evidence of registration as contractor with the Lagos State Ministry of Works and Agege Local Government
2. Certificate of Incorporation
3. Tax Clearance Certificate
4. Evidence of previous jobs done for government or any other reputable organization
5. Payment of Five Thousand to Hundred Thousand Non refundable registration fee depending on value of contract.
Submission of Tender:
Documents should be enclosed in a 50mm x 200mm sealed envelope and marked at the right cover with inscription e.g Tender for Construction of Borrhole or whichever is applicable and Addressed to:
The Council Manager
Agege Local Government
Agege Lagos.
Submission of Tender will last two weeks (11th May 2012) during the Working hours of 8:00am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday)

The Local Government is not bound to accept any Tender or give reasons for rejection of any Tender.

The Local Government is also using this Medium to alert all owners of abandoned vehicles on Roads within the Local Government to remove them as the Local Government would embark on the removal of all such vehicles from Local Government roads on or before 11th May 2012. Motorist are also warned against indiscriminate Parking as such vehicles would be towed away from Local Government Roads at owners Risk.
