Invitation to Tender
This is to inform the general public that Kwali Area Council wishes to invites credible and reputable companies to participate in a competitive tendering process for the supply and delivery of the followings:
Lot1. Rehabilitation and expansion of Kwali Water Scheme.
Lot2. Grading cutting, filling and compaction of 12km Kamadi to Fogbe road.
Lot3. Procurement of generator sets to Council Secretariat, Chairman’s official residence and PHC centre, Kwali.
Lot4. Extension of Electricity from Lambata High tension to Kwali Police Barrack.
Lot5. Renovation of laboratory and Cool room blocks and general maintenance of Kwali town clinic.
Lot6. Renovation of Water works within Kwali Area Council.
Lot7. Renovation of Fogbe Primary School.
Lot8. Procurement of five (5) nos. 500KVA transformers.
Lot9. Construction of 1 block of 3nos. classrooms with Headmasters office at Chida, Kwi, Dogon Ruwa Primary Schools.
Lot10. Renovation of 1 block of 2nos classrooms at Chikuku tsoho Primary School
Lot11. Construction of triple cell culvert at Shedna Galadima.
Lot12. Opening, filling and compaction of 8km rural feeder road of Bonugo to Koroko to Dafa.
Lot13. Opening and surface dressing of 5.5km Yangoji to Dafa road.
Lot14. Opening and surface dressing of 7km Awawa A2- Yewuti road.
Lot15. Procurement of Brand new Tractor Massey Fergusson 435, 72 Horse power model and complete implement.
Lot16. Renovation of Abattoir at Kwali.
Lot17. Completion of Public Health Centre (PHC) at Yangoji.
Lot18. Completion of Public Health Centre (PHC) at Farakuti.
Lot19. Completion of Public Health Centre (PHC) at Maikwari.
Lot20. Completion of Public Health Centre (PHC) at Lambata.
Lot21. Reactivation of broken down Boreholes (9) nos.
Lot22. Procurement of instructional materials to LEA Kwali and JSS in Kwali Area Council.
Qualification for Bidding
Interested companies must meet the following conditions:
- Must be registered company with Corporate Affairs Commission (Attach evidence of registration)
- Submit a detailed copy of its company profile including:
- Paid up share capital.
- List of Directors and key management staff.
- List of requisite equipment for operation for the job its tendering.
- Submit a list of projects that has been executed in the past five (5) years.
- Submit a copy of its audited account in the last three (3) years.
- Evidence of tax clearance or the past three (3) years.
Collection of Tendering Documents
A the tender document can be collected from the office of the secretary tender board on the payment of non refundable fees of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15, 000.00) only as from Tuesday, 13th July 2010.
Bidding
Bidding would strictly follow laid down procedure and principles of due process. Completed tenders must be submitted in sealed envelope marked confidential and addressed to the Secretary Tender Board and deposited in the tender box not later than 12 noon on or before Friday 30th July, 2010. Opening of the tender shall be by 1:00pm same day.
The tender board reserves the right to reject any tender in part or in full.
