2. Each prospective bidder is to pay a non refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10.000.00) only to the Finance department of the Local Government and present same for physical inspection of the items. However, interested bidders are not allowed to bid for more than an item on payment of Ten thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) tender fees.

The bids are expected to be submitted to the undersigned on or before 11th April 2013 between office hours of 8.00am – 4.00pm daily
4. The results of the bids will be announced after the closing date of the submission of the tender.
