This is to invite suitable qualified contracts for pre-qualification to tender for the constructions of drainage and rehabilitation of other Dranage at arious locations across the Local Government Area.
1. The re-construction of Drainage and slabs at Lokon Kango-Kwanar Hausawa
2. Construction of 72m Dranage at Gidan Kuka Gidan Tsohon Soja Shagon Alaramma
3. Construction of 1028 metres drainage and crossing slabs at Unguwar Wamabai Kadawa Dorayi
4. Construction of 540m length drainage ring culvert & slabs at Asahabul Kahafi.
5. Construction of 435m Drainage at Kabuga Tudun Yola Gidan Dagaci
6. Construction of drainage work Laterite filling & slabs at Yan Azara K/Kabuga
7. Repairs of Electrical Installation of Unguwar Dandago Lokon Alhaji Isa Mai Sukuni
8. Rehabilitation of Drainage at Kamfa from Ihsan house-Bello Salim House

26. Re-Construction of 150m Drainage, slabs and 1 No. Cast pipe at Jingau Quarters.

36. Construction 303m Length Drainage 5 No. ring culvert and slabs at transformer gidan Jafaru-Masallacin Juma’a Dorayi Babba.
37. The re-construction of Drainage and placing of cast pipes at forestry Layin Ken-Ken.
Qualification Requirement:
All prospective contractors most satisfy the following pre-qualification criteria:
xiv. Evidence of incorporation xv. Company audit account for the last 3 years xvi. Evidence of tax clearance for the last 3 years
xvii VAT registration and evidence of VAT remittance xviii. Evidence of financial capability.
xix. Evidence of verification of list of similar projects executed xx. Registration with Kano state works registration boards in relevant category.
xxi. Evidence that the contractors has the equipment and personal required to executed the projects xxi. Annual turnover.
xxiii. Evidence of settlement of PAYE and other withholding taxes xxiv. Local resources utilization xxv. Community and social responsibility support xxvi. Any additional information may enhance the chances of the contractors.
Submission of Pre-qualification Documents:
Eligible contractors should forward their documents to the office of the IMO
Gwale Local Government in a sealed envelope marked for any of the above
projects to reach him on time.
