Tender Notice
1.0 In line with the requirement for due process for award of contract for capital projects, Gbonyin Local Government wishes to invite competent / qualified / Indigenous contractors to tender for the execution of the under listed projects.
Category A:
Completion of Police Station at Ijan – Ekiti.
Category B:
1. Fencing of Comprehensive Health Centre, Ode Ekiti
2. Construction of staff quarters, BHC Iro Ayeteju Ekiti.
3. Renovation of Women empowerment Building at Ijan Ekiti
4. Replacement of incomer cable, out going up riser, feeder pillar of 300KVA at Daramola area, Ijan Ekiti
2.0 Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested Contractors are invited to submit the following documents
1. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission,
2. Evidence of registration with Ekiti State Ministry of Works and Gbonyin local Government
3. Evidence of payment of Ekiti State Development levy,
4. Evidences from the companies bankers as to their financial capacity / capability to undertake the project.
5. Evidence of tax clearance certificates for the last three years
6. Evidence of presence of company in Ekiti State
7. A comprehensive company profile to include evidence of execution of similar jobs.
3.0 Pre Qualification and Tenders Fees
Contractors are to pay a non-refundable fee of (N20, 000.00) for category A and (N10, 000.00) for category B Payable in bank draft addressed to Gbonyin Local Government IGR Account
4.0 Submission of Documents
The pre-qualification applications with all the required supporting documents, should be neatly packed, bound and forwarded in sealed envelopes and marked at the top left corner, for example Gbonyin Local Government Projects: Prequalification for the Projects Advertised
The company submitting the pre qualification and tender documents should write the name and mobile phone number of a contact person at the bottom left corner of the two envelopes. This will allow for prompt communication. The pre-qualification and tender documents must reach the, office of the Chairman not later than 17th September, 2012 by 10.00am
