Tender Notice
This is to invite reputable contractors to tender for the execution of the underlisted projects in Atiba Local Government area:-
i. Asphaltic concrete construction of Hon. Akeem Adeniyi Adeyemi Housing Scheme.
ii. Construction of 3 Blocks of Classrooms at Baptist Primary School, Onirebara, Oyo.
2. Specification of the projects are available for collection at the office of the Director of Works Atiba Local Government, Ofa-Meta, Oyo, between the hours of 8 00a.m. and 4.00p.m Mondays to Fridays.
3. Tender which must be seated, waxed and addressed to the chairman, Atiba Local Government, Ofa-Meta, Oyo should be submitted on or before 13th September, 2013 to the undersigned with the evidence of the following:
- Registration with the corporate Affairs commission
- Registration with Atiba Local Government as a contractor
- Evidence Of payment of tax in the last three (3) years
- Receipt of non-refundable tender fee of N25, 000.00 paid to the coffers of the Local Government,
- Evidence of financial capacity to execute the project
- Evidence of similar jobs executed in the past
Kindly note that the Local government is neither under any obligation to accept any particular bid nor compelled to enter Into correspondences on account of her decision on bid approved to execute the project.
