Invitation for Pre Qualification/Bid
In its continuous efforts to provide meaningful developmental projects to its teeming population, Kano State Government intends to carryout works under State and Local Government Joint Projects for which this invitation for Contract Prequalification is issued.
The Kano State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KNUPDA). On behalf of Ministry of Land and Physical Planning, intends to prequalify Contractors for Construction of 5Km Road at 44 Local Government Areas of Kano State as listed below:-

Scope:
The Project includes Construction of Dual Carriage way, provision of Drainage System and Street Lightening.
Collection of Tender Document:
Eligible Civil Engineering firms and Companies may apply for one or more of the Contracts and obtain between 12th -19th December, 2011. Pre p qualification/Tender documents from the Director, Civil and Mechanical Engineering at a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only per Contract Document.
Requirements:
The minimum requirement for qualification will be to have successfully carried out, as prime Contractor, at least two works of a nature and complexity equivalent to the proposed works during the last five years.
Submission:
The pre-qualification/Tender documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes, not later than 29th December, 2011 and labeled “Application for …………………………. Contract No……………………………. “Which may be either delivered by hand or registered mail to:-
