Invitation to Tender for the Supply of Aluminum Sulphate (ALUM) and Calcium Hyphochlorite (HTH)
The Borno State Government is inviting competent, reputable and interested companies to Tender for the supply of:-
1. Aluminum Sulphate
2. Calcium Hyphochlorite (HTH)
Interested Companies with relevant experience, strong financial standing and sound track records are invited to tender for the supply of the above consumables.
A non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only should be paid to the Revenue Cashier of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Water supply, Mohammed Monguno Road, Maiduguri before the collection of the Tender document.
The completed Tender documents must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked at the left hand corner “Tender for the supply of Alum and HTH” for the attention of secretary Tender Board Borno State Ministry of Urban and Rural Water Supply P.M.B 1188 Maiduguri Borno State. It should also be accompanied with but not limited to the following:-
(1) Photocopy of Certificate of incorporation
(2) Article and memorandum of Association
(3) Copy of current Tax Clearance of three years
(4) contract Registration Certificate.
Please note that the ministry will publicly open the received tenders at 12.00 noon on or before 2nd March, 2011at the Ministry’s Conference Room.
Note also that the Ministry is not obliged to accept the highest or lowest tender.
