Invitation to Tender for Sure-P Projects
The Local Government Areas of Kogi State have received allocation of funds from the subsidy Re-investment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P) as part of the allocation from the Federation Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC), to mitigate the effects of the partial removal of subsidy on petroleum products.
In a deliberate effort to ensure prudent utilization of the fund, and to achieve faithful delivery of projects under the programme, the Local Government Areas in Kogi State have appraised and selected projects of high social and community values that would socially transform and structurally support the livelihood of the rural populace in the State.

b) Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years as and when due.

d) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past.
e) Reference letter from bank stating financial ability to carry out such service(s)
f) Current company’s audited statement of account.
g) Certificate of Compliance issued by the National Pension Commission as evidence of fulfilling employer’s obligation to employees with respect to pensions.
h) Evidence of payment of training contribution to ITF (Industrial Training Fund).
i) Evidence of registration with Local Government Tenders Board.
Additional Information
- i. This advertisement shall not qualify any tenderer to make any claims whatsoever, and, or seek any indemnity from the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs or any Local Government Area by virtue of their participation in this Tender.
- ii. The Local Government Tenders Committee reserves the right to reject any, and, or all Tenders at their discretion, and at no costs whatsoever.

Collection and Submission of Tender Documents
Tender documents can be collected from respective Local Government Areas where the projects are located. Each lot attracts a non-refundable processing fee of N5.000 (Five thousand naira only) per lot. The sale of tenders will commence from 10am on April 16th 2013 and close at 12pm on April 29, 2013. Tenders will be opened in each Local Government Area at 1 pm on April, 30th 2013. Completed Tenders are to be sealed and addressed to the Head of Department of Works (HOD Works) in each Local Government Area.
