Invitation to Tender
The Ibadan North-East Local Government hereby invites eligible contractors to tender for:
1. a. Construction of reinforced concrete open drains at Gerado Road, Aderibigbe Area Iwo Road, Ibadan at the left hand side (328.4m).
b. Construction of reinforced concrete open drains at Gerado Road, Aderibigbe Area, Iwo Road, Ibadan at the right hand side (3284m).
c. Construction of reinforced concrete open drains at the left hand side of Total via Gerado Road, Iwo Road, Ibadan (260m).
d. Construction of reinforced concrete open drains at the right hand side of Total via Gerado, Iwo Road, Ibadan (260m).
e. i Construction of culverts and line drains of Bashorun/Jonku Express Road.
ii Construction of Earthworks and asphaltic paving of Bashorun/Jonku Road.
2. Interested Contractors are to submit the following requirements:
a. Copy of certificate of Company Incorporation,
b. Evidence of Registration as a contractor with the Ibadan North-East Local Government.
c. Details of projects of similar nature and volume executed within the last five (5) years.
d. Details of personnel relevant to the proposed project.
e. Equipment information, current status and owner.
f. 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Bid documents for the project may be purchased at the Office of the Head of the Local Government Administration, Ibadan North-East Local Government Secretariat for a fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000) Only Certified Bank Draft) in the name of the Ibadan North-East Local Government.
4. Closing date for the collection of bid documents is 10th May 2013.
