Invitation for Pre-Qualification/Tender for the Construction/Rehabilitation of Trailers Parks and Markets in Selected Local Government Areas in Niger State Under Public Private Partnership (PPP).

The Ministry for Local Government, Community Development and Chieftaincy Affairs, on behalf of some selected Local Government Councils is desirous of constructing trailers parks and developing of existing market in the following locations:

1.       Bida town in Bida Local Government Area

2.       Lambata town in Gurara Local Government Area

3.       Mokwa town in Mokwa Local Government Area

4.       Makera in Mashegu Local Government Area

5.       Tegina in Rafi Local Government Area

6.       Kontangora in Kontangora Local Government Area

7.       Maitunbi in Minna Local Government Area

8.       Maje in Suleja Local Government Area

Scope of Work

The scope of work involves and not limited to:

1. Feasibility studies of the projects
2. Carrying our Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
3. Production of complete package of the proposed development including working drawings and relevant technical details
4. Presentation of the package to the Local Government Areas/ Ministry of Local Government Officials Others.
5. Others.

Submission of Proposals

All interested competent/reliable developers/partners should submit their proposal not later than 28^th November, 2012 to:

Each proposal must be submitted with Pre -qualification documents containing:

1. Evidence of incorporation of business name with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Registration with Niger State Public Procurement Board/Ministry for Local Government, Community Development and Chieftaincy Affairs, Minna
3. Evidence of Tax  Clearance for the last 3 years
4. Comprehensive Company Profile showing details qualifications of all technical personnel with their experiences CV’s to be accompanied
5. Company Audited Accounts for 3 years
6. Evidence of performance in a similar Public Private Partnership Projects successfully executed.
7. Any other relevant documents
