Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the Millennium Development Goals (MDGS) Conditional Grants Scheme (CGS) 2011 Project
The Gombe State Government in collaboration with the Federal Government are to Execute Projects/Programs towards attaining the Millennium Development Goals (MOGs) through the Conditional Grants Scheme (CGS) 2011.
The State Committee on the Implementation of Conditional Grants Schemes (CGS) projects on behalf of Gombe State Government wish to invite Interested and qualified contractors to submit their Application for pre-qualification for the execution of project programs under the conditional Grants scheme (CGS) 2011
Project Areas
A, Primary Health Care
I. Renovation/Extension of 33 Primary Health Care Centres
II. Supply of essential Medical Equipments to 34 primary health care Centres.
B. Water and Sanitation
i. Construction of 31 Solar Powered Boreholes
Registration requirements
- Evidence of Incorporation of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),
- Evidence of registration with Gombe State Government as Contractor
- Company Profile, list and qualification of key staff,
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years,
- Vat registration
- Financial capability to execute the envisaged
- List of plants, equipment and location
- Evidence of handling similar project (Experience).
Pre-Qualification will be in accordance with the procedures being set out in the Due
Process guidelines in Gombe State Application must be in sealed envelopes marked Pre-Qualification for MDGs projects/Programms” and addressed to:

C/O Ministry of finance and Economic Development Gombe State to be submitted to the MDGs Project Support Unit (PSU) Office behind FRSC, off ALABURAS, KUDI CRESCENT G.R.A. GOMBE on or before 28th February, 2012
Only Pre-Qualified contractors will be invited to tender.
Note:
a) This advertisement is not an invitation to Bid and should not be treated as such,
b) It should neither be confused as a commitment on the part of Gombe State (government nor shall it entitle companies to make any claim whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from the State Government.
c) Full bidding procedure shall only be applied to contractors that have been pre-qualified and found capable of executing the programs/protects.
d) All registration requirements as outlined above should be submitted as outlined, Omission of an item(s) will lead to outright disqualification.
