Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the Implementation of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) 2012, Conditional Grants Scheme (CGS) to State and LGAs Projects
The state committee on the implementation of conditional grants scheme projects on behalf of Gombe State Government wishes to invite interested and qualified contractors to submit their application for pre-qualification of projects/programmes under the 2012 conditional Grants Scheme to the state and LGA.
Project Areas
- Primary Health Care
- Construction/renovation of Health Care centre
- Supply of Essential Medical equipments
- Supply of Ambulance / Tricycles
- Water and sanitation
- Construction of solar power/Hand Pump Boreholes
- Construction of VIP Toilets
- Education
- Construction/Renovation of Blocks of classrooms
- Supply of Text Books and educational materials
- Agriculture
- Construction of farm training centres
- Supply of farm training equipments
Registration Requirements
- Evidence of incorporation of company with CAC
- Evidence of registration with Gombe state Government as contractor
- Company profile list and qualification of key staff
- Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years
- Evidence of company Audited account for the last 3 years
- VAT registration
- Financial capability to execute the envisage project
- List of available plants, equipments and location
- Evidence of handling similar project experience
PRE-QUALIFICATION will be in accordance with the procedures being set out in the due process guidelines in Gombe state
Application should be submitted in a sealed envelopes marks PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR MDGs Projects/programmes and addressed to
The Chairman state committee on the implementation of CGS projects c/o MDGS PROJECT SUPPORT UNIT PDU behind FRSC OFF ALABURA S. Kudi Crescent new GRA Gombe on or before 20th May, 2013.
Only pre-qualified companies will be contacted to tender

This advert is not an invitation to bid and should not be treated as such It should neither be confused as a commitment on the part of Gombe nor shall it entitle companies to make any claim whatsoever and or seek any indemnity from the state government.
Full bidding procedures shall only be applied to companies or contractors that have been pre-qualified and found capable of executing the programmes or projects.
All registration requirements as outline above should be submitted as outlines, omission of any item may lead to outright disqualification
