Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Hotel Manager for Ebonyi Five Star Hotel, Abakaliki

Introduction

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State invites competent and reputable firms/Companies to apply for pre-qualification for Management of Ebonyi Rice City Hotel.

Method of Application

Application should be submitted with the following documents for assessment:

1. Evidence of certificate of incorporation as a company in Nigeria Issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Evidence of audited account of the company for the test three (3) years.
3. Evidence of tax clearance for three (3) years.
4. Evidence of VAT and Past remittances,
5. Evidence of financial capability which shall Include bank reference and most recent bank statement
6. Evidence of hotel(s) currently being managed by the group.
7. Company profile including curriculum vitae/certificate of technical personnel and other relevant Information.
8. Affidavit of disclosures of directors
9. Annual turnover of the company
10. Evidence of annual contribution to Industrial training fund (ITF).
11. Evidence of pension contribution of employers.

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents

All documents must be submitted to the Permanent Secretary in triplicate and in a sealed and waxed envelope clearly marked with the name of the hotel at the top left hand side of the envelope. All application should reach the Permanent Secretary on or before 29th July, 2013

The pre-qualification bid shall be opened at 12noon on 2^nd August, 2013 in the Conference Hall of the Ministry.

Note: Only competent bidders shall be issued Invitation to tender.
