Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for Year 2010 Tertiary Education Trust Fund Library Development Project
(A) Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education (AOCOED), has secured fund from the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) for the development of the College Library for which competent/qualified contractors and suppliers are hereby invited to tender for the following:

Funding for this project is from TETFUND 2010 intervention in the college.
(B) Requirements for Pre-Qualification
Interested contractors are to submit the under-listed pre-qualification documents with verifiable evidence.
(a) Registration/Incorporation Certificate with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(b) Evidence of registration as a contractor with Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education.
(c) Evidence of financial capacity, including bank reference.
(d) Evidence of execution of similar projects providing details including the names of the clients, contract sum of the project, copies of letters of award, completion certificates, etc.
(e) Company’s audited accounts in the past years.
(f) Evidence of payment of non- refundable appropriate bidding fee for each of the projects.
(g) Tax clearance Certificates.
(h) V/AT Registration Certificate and Evidence of remittance.
(i) Comprehensive company profile including registered address, functional contact email address, GSM phone number(s), and detailed resumes of relevant staffs
(C) The bidding fees should be in bank draft of any of the following banks: GTB Plc, Zenith Bank Plc; First Bank Plc; Union Bank Plc; UBA Plc;
FCMB Plc; in favour of Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Otto/Ijanikin, Lagos State. Nigeria.
(D) Submission
All submissions, which must be in five hard copies and one soft copy in wax sealed envelopes, should reach the undersigned not later than 12th September 2013. Such submission should be tagged appropriately.
(E) Participation in the Bidding/Tendering does not guarantee any person/contractor, the right to be selected or given the job. For the avoidance of doubt:

II All costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the Bidding/Tendering are to be borne by the company/contractor/supplier:
III Failure, neglect or refusal to comply with any of the steps in the Bidding/Tendering processes or to provide any of the required items may result in disqualification.
IV Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education (AOCOED) reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to terminate the selection process any time without any liability to the College
V Any bid submitted after the closing date shall not be considered
