Invitation to Tender
Wudil local government of Kano state wishes to pre-qualify interested and competent contractors as part of preliminaries for implementations of projects to execute as follows:
1 Construction of bye-pass road 2 coats surface dressing (1,953km) at Denki market.
2 Construction of Friday mosque at Kausani village (Kof ar Fada)
3 Construction of wall fence at Wudil Eid-El prayer ground
4 Purchase and supply of office furniture to new local government secretariat Wudii local government
Pre-Qualification Requirement
1 Certificate of incorporation
2 Registration with state work registration board
3 Company audited account for 3 years
4 Evidence of tax clearance for 3 years
5 Evidence of financial capability/banking support
6 Experience and technical qualification of key personnel
7 Record of previous executed projects
8 Evidence of settlement and PAYEE and other withholding tax
9 VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittance
10 Any other documents that will enhance your competency and reliability.
Tender are hereby invited from suitable qualified bidders for the execution of the above projects, Bidders may indicate their interest in one or more lots. Each lot must however have separate application and near left hand corner of envelope marked with relevant project.
Completed pre-qualification package should be sent to Wudil local Government secretariat in separate and sealed envelope marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS” and delivered not later 15th February, 2012
