Expression of Interest

Within the framework of its programs in Nigeria, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) intends to establish a database of suppliers and service providers. We therefore call for expression of interest, from reliable individuals or organizations that can provide one or several of the following goods and/or services:

  • Estate Agency
  • Personnel Health Insurance
  • Clearing Agency
  • Travel Agency
  • Courier / Transport Operators/ Truck Owners / Air cargo Operators (within Nigeria and to Yaound )
  • Stationery supplies
  • Printing
  • Hotel Services
  • Dispenser water
  • Office equipment
  • Coffee break / provisions
  • Office Technology consumables
  • Furniture: Residential and Office
  • Fire equipment (sales and services)
  • News papers and Magazines
  • Language Interpreters
  • Generators (Sales and Services)
  • Diesel Supply
  • Air Conditioners (Sates and Services)
  • Electrical Parts
  • Reprographics
  • Panel beaters/Painters
  • Fumigation
  • Food Items (Rice, Beans, Salt, Sugar, oil and groundnut oil)
  • Non Food items (Tanks, jerry can, hygiene parcel, kitchen set, mattresses and blankets)
  • General Maintenance (Building maintenance, carpentry, electrical works, appliances, plumbing, civil works etc)

The Expression of interest should be submitted to the ICRC Abuja office and should include the following information:

  • Area of interest as per above
  • Company Profile
  • Experience and expertise in the relevant fields with dates
  • References with contact details (Addresses, email, telephone)
  • Fees Structure
  • Any other useful/relevant information

We would like to underline that we are VAT and taxes exempted in Nigeria.

All Expression of interest should be delivered in sealed envelopes into the tender box situated at the reception of our Abuja office on or before 4:00pm on Tuesday 21st December 2010, and addressed to:
