Invitation to Bid for Lease Management of a Reputable Hotel
Located in Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos State
Our client is a Reputable Multinational Entity that owns a 71 -room hotel located centrally in Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos State. We are inviting Expressions of Interest (EO1) and Bids from reputable hotel management groups that have requisite competencies and are interested in the Lease Management of the complex.
Available Facilities
The available facilities in the hotel include the following, among others:
- 71 bedrooms
- 1,000 capacity Banquet hall and Seminar/Meeting rooms
- Swimming pool, lawn tennis court and gym facilities
Inspection
The facility will be open for inspection after submitting an Expressions of Interest (EOI) on or before 3.00 p.m Friday, 22nd October, 2010 and obtaining written permission for access from the Consultants. The EOI should contain information on the following items:
- Profile of the company with information on hotels managed during the last five years
- Profile of Directors/Partners
- Certificate of Incorporation of the company
- Evidence of tax payment for the last three years
- Bank reference(s)
- Any other relevant
