Society for Family Health
Society for Family Health (SFH) is a leading public health NGOs in Nigeria, implementing programmes in reproductive health, HIV and AIDS prevention, and maternal and child health. SFH works in partnership with the Federal and State governments of Nigeria, the British Department for International Development (DFID) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) among other international donors.
Request for Expressions of Interest
We invite eligible organizations to indicate their interest in providing vehicle repair and maintenance services for its fleet of vehicles.
The Society for Family Health has one hundred and sixty six (166) vehicles in eighteen (18) locations within Nigeria. These vehicles comprise a range of Peugeot, Mitsubishi, Toyota and Ford brands, with saloon and lour wheel drive models of these vehicles.
Services required are categorized into two Lots:
Lot 1. Vehicle repair and maintenance
Interested organizations should provide documentary evidence of
- Company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Existence of own vehicle servicing facilities (please include location addressee.
- Availability of skilled and experienced personnel in key areas of vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Adequate auto diagnostic and repair equipments
- Experience in preventive maintenance scheduling
- Well stocked spare parts store.
Lot 2. Tyre repair and maintenance services
Interested organizations should provide documentary evidence of
- Company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Existence of own service facilities across Nigeria (please include location addresses)
- Availability of skilled and experienced tyre service personnel.
- Adequate tyre diagnostic and repair equipments
Further information can be obtained at the address below [ procurement@sfhnigeria.org ] from 8.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. quoting the subject “EOI Vehicle M/S” in the subject field. Expression of interest for each Lot must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes and marked “EOI Vehicle M/S” with the appropriate Lot number clearly written on the envelope at the top right hand corner.
The Expressions of Interest should be delivered to the address below on or before 15th September 2011.
