Invitation to Tender
The Nigerian Law Reform Commission invites tenders from reputable companies and suppliers to execute the following projects:-
- Virtual Library Project
- Supply of Nigerian Weekly Law Reports from 2001 2010
- Supply of 12 sets of Laws of the Federation 2004
- Supply of Project Vehicles
- Supply and Installation of a Generating Set
2. Requirements for bidding are:
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
- Copy of current tax clearance certificate
- VAT registration certificate
- Evidence of previous similar job executed
- Evidence of registration with the Nigerian Law Reform Commission
All these documents must accompany the tenders.
3. Complete tender documents must be sealed in an envelope and address to: the Secretary, Nigerian Law Reform Commission, Abuja
4. Point of submission is Room 515 of the Commission. Bid documents are obtainable upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of N10, 000.00 at the Commission’s CPO.
5. Submission of tender closes on Thursday 23rd September, 2010 at 12noon. The date for the opening of bids will be communicated to all bidders. Therefore, all bidders should state their mobile phone numbers and contact addresses in the bid register, to be open for the exercise.
6. Only bidders that are ready to comply with above should submit their tenders, please.
