Request for Proposal (Consultancy)
The Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, invites interested, experienced and reputable Consultancy Firms specialized on Training Programme to forward proposals for selection on the conduct of trainings as approved in the 2013 Budget as stated below:-
LOT 1- Conduct Capacity Building Workshop for Child Development Department’s Officers from selected States and Child Focus NGOs.
LOT 2- Conduct Junior Staff Training Programme
LOT 3- Conduct Induction Training for Newly Recruited Staff
LOT 4- Conduct Intermediate Staff Training Programme
LOT 5- Conduct ICT Training LOT 6 -Conduct Senior Staff Training
2.0 Eligibility Criteria and Expected Contents of Proposal
Interested and potential Consultant with verifiable track records in Training and other related services are expected to apply with submission detailing the following: –
i. Company Profile
ii. Evidence of Registration with the Centre for Management Development
(CMD)
iii. Evidence of Key Personnel with their qualification(s) and Experience
iv. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
v. Evidence of Tax payment or Tax Clearance for the last three (3) consecutive years
vi. Evidence of compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004
vii Evidence of compliance with Section 6(2) of the ITF Amendment Act 2011.
viii. VAT Registration Certificate including TIN Number,
ix. Detailed curriculum vitae indicating qualifications and experiences of staff / capacity building.
x. List of relevant and verifiable equipments for construction.
xi. Any other relevant information that will be of help in determining the firm’s suitability for the work.
3.0 Collection of Tender Document:
Bidders are expected to collect Tender Documents from the Office of the Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs & Social Development, 4th Floor, Room 5A/405, Federal Secretariat Annex, Shehu Shagari Way, Abuja after payment of the non-refundable fee of N15, 000.00 only, in the Ministry’s Central Pay Office (CPO), from 12 Noon on Thursday 30th May, 2013 to Thursday 11th July, 2013.
4.0 Submission /Opening of Proposals:
All completed tender documents should be returned by hand on or before 12.00noon Thursday 11th July, 2013 in one (1) hard copy in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

4th Floor, Room 5A/405, Federal Secretariat Annex,
Shehu Shagari Way, Abuja.
The Documents Shall Be Opened the Same Day.
