- Tafawa Balewa Square Management Board as agent of Federal Ministry of commerce and industry hereby invite interested reputable companies to apply for expression of interest to pre qualify for the rehabilitation of independence building as core structure for the World Trade and International Business Centre Lagos.
Prequalification Criteria:
All application to show evidence of the following:
- Registration with corporate affairs commission.
- Three years tax clearance/VAT registration certificate/PENCOM registration.
- Evidence of participation in similar projects (Show cost of such projects).
- Company profile including CV of key staff and main technical team.
- Evidence of financial capability to undertake major project (attach bank reference).
- Technical tools and equipments.
- Technical partnership within and outside the country.
Submission Procedure
All pre-qualification documents duly signed should be submitted in sealed envelope marked “expression of interest on the redevelopment on independence Building” and addressed to the officer of the DGM (Admin.).
Tafawa Balewa Square Management Board,

On or before 20th August, 2010.
