Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)
This request for Expression of interest (EOI) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in the Development Gateway Market Web Site and appeared in
Development Business, issue no. 725 of 30th day of April, 2008.
The Kaduna State Government has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP 1) in Kaduna State and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the
Consultancy Services for the Recruitment of Technical Assistant on Monitoring and Evaluation at the SPJU. This assignment is to provide Technical assistance in the implementation of the Project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) within RAMP to monitor and measure the project performance in achieving the project development objective (PDO). The duration of this assignment shall be for a period of two year renewable based on performance.
The implementing agency, the State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) on behalf of Kaduna State Ministry of Work and Transport, now invites eligible individual Consultants .to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (CVs; description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc).
The consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, published in May 2004 edition revised October 2006.
One original and five copies of the Expression of Interest must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for the Recruitment of Technical Assistant on Monitoring and Evaluation at the SPIU” Interested Consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) is not bound to short list any applicant. Expression of interest must be delivered to the address below on or before 31st August, 2010 by 12:00Noon LATE SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
