The Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies cordially invites contractors, Dealers and Sellers of repute to bid for the supply of the listed items divided into six (6) Lots selected for purchase for the Institute Offices, Library and Research Department.

Lot 1 Furniture and Office Equipments

LOT 6 (a)   Computerization of Bursary Department

c.       Supply of Software

 

Tender Qualification Requirements:

1.       Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

2.       Tax Clearance for three (3) consecutive years

3.       Proven evidence of excellent performance in similar works executed

4.       Professorial and Technical qualification to carry out procurement

5.       Evidence of financial capacity

6.       Adequate personnel to perform the obligations of the procurement

7.       legal capacity to enter into procurement contract

8.       An affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of procurement is a former or present director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that all information contained in its bid are true and correct in all particular

9.       Evidence of remittance of Pension fund Contribution to PENCOM

10.     Evidence of registration as a contractor in the Institute (where a Contractor have not registered with the Institute it can be done on submission of bid)

 

Submission of Tenders:

Tenders should be enclosed in a self addressed and stamped envelope and should indicate at the right hand corner of the envelope, the Lot that is the subject of the tender.

 

A comprehensive profile of the vendor should be enclosed in an envelope addressed to:
