INVITATION TO TENDER

1.     INTRODUCTION

The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, is a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of  Health. In accordance with the provisions of  Public Procurement Act 2007, the Council hereby invites Authorized Dealers/Agents and Drama/Theater Arts Consultants to tender for the followings;

A.      Purchase of Utility Vehicles

• Toyota Coaster Bus            -2nos
• Toyota Hilux 4WD, Double Cabin,  Pick up Van.        -2nos

B.      Production of Public Enlightenment Television Drama.

• Collect details from room 9

2.       TENDER REQUIREMENTS

Interested Companies/agents and Consultants are to submit the following documents;

1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
3. VAT   Registration Certificate and evidence of past VAT remittance
4. Evidence of similar supplies/Contracts executed in the last 3 years.
5. Evidence of financial capability and Bank Support.
6. Company and Consultants profile.
7. Evidence of Payment of Tender fee of Twenty Thousand (N20.000) Naira for purchase of utility vehicles and Ten Thousand (N 10,000) Naira for Arts Consultants to the Nursing and Midwifery Council e-payment account at FIRST BANK OF NIGERIA PLC, Account Number-40020400001410.

3.       SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS.

Tender and Financial Bid documents should be Enveloped, Sealed, waxed separately and addressed to;
