Invitation to Tenders/Bids
In compliance with Procurement Act 2007, the Nigerian Television Authority intends to undertake the underlisted projects under the 2013 financial year (IGR) budget. Consequently, the Authority wishes to invite competent and reputable Companies to submit bids.
List of Projects
Lot 1 – Supply of Transmitter spare parts
Lot 2 – Supply of Studio Equipment/Spare parts
Lot 3 – Supply of Microwave links/Spare parts
Lot 4 – Supply of OB Van/DSNG Spare parts
Lot 5 – Supply of Satellite Spare parts
Lot 6 – Supply of Generators/Spare parts
Lot 7 – Supply of Operational Vehicles
Lot 8 – Supply of Electrical Spares and accessories
Tender Qualification
The following under-listed documents are required and would serve as basis for consideration.
1. Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act and up to date remittance of employees pension fund contribution.
3. Company Tax clearance for the last three years
4. Evidence of VAT registration
5. Verifiable list of similar jobs executed in the past
6. Company profile to include among others Office address, current telephone number(s), e-mail address and evidence of Technical and Professional qualification.
7. Evidence of financial capability
8. Bidders should indicate the lot category they intend to bid for
9. Any other relevant information that will be helpful in determining the Company’s suitability for the supply.
10. Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the industrial Training Fund Amendment Act as in section 6(1)(3).
Payment of Tender Fee
Bidders are to pay non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 per Lot to the accounts department of NTA headquarters.
Collection of Tender Documents
Interested Companies should collect tender documents from the Procurement Unit of the NTA upon payment of non refundable fee of N10,000.00 for bid documents
Submission of Tenders/Bids
All documents should be submitted in sealed envelope one original and photocopy and addressed to the Ag. Director General, Nigerian Television Authority, Headquarters Area 11 – Garki Abuja and submit at Tender Box in the Manager Procurements’ Office and to reach the Secretary Tenders Board on or before Monday 22nd July 2013.
Openining of Tenders/Bids
The tenders received will be publicly opened immediately after the closing of submission of Tenders/Bids at the NTA headquarters’ Conference room at 12 noon, Bidders or representatives are invited to witness the opening of tenders/bids. Late bids will be rejected.
