Items/Equipments and Construction Works as approved in the 2013 Budget:-
Item/Equipment/ Supplies
LOT 1- Supply of Printers, Desktop Computers
LOT 2- Supply Equipment for Distress Families
LOT 3- Furnishing of Common Hall, Female Hostel, Lithographic Block, 2-Bedroom Semi-Detached Quarters, Classroom & Staff Office at School Of Social Works Emene, Enugu State.
LOT 4- Furnishing & Equipping of Laboratory at Federal School of Social Work, Emene, Enugu State.
LOT 5- Supply of 54KVA Generator Set at Federal School of Social Work, Emene. Enugu State
LOT6- Supply of Aids & Appliances and Relief Materials to Old Peoples Homes
LOT 7- Supply of Wheelchairs, Tricycles, Armpit & Elbow Crutches, Braille Machines and Guide Canes.
LOT 8- Supply of Food Stuff to the Nigeria Farmcraft Centre for the Blind, Isheri – Olofin, Lagos.
Construction (Works)
LOT 1- Construction of Palm Oil Processing Cottage Industry for Women in Tube Ipoka LGA, Ogun West Senatorial District.
LOT 2- Construction of Fence and Gate House at the National Rehabilitation Institute and Resource Centre Abuja.
LOT 3- Drilling of Borehole, Water Treatment Plant and Distribution Line to the Proposed Buildings at National Rehabilitation Institute & Resource Centre, Abuja.
LOT 4- Provision of Step-Down Transformer Linked with the Main Electricity Supply Line (Substation) at the National Rehabilitation Institute and Resource Centre Abuja.
LOT 5- Construction of Administrative Block at the National Rehabilitation Institute and Resource Centre Abuja.
LOT 6- Construction of Workshop Building at the National Rehabilitation Institute and Resource Centre Abuja.
LOT 7- Construction of Cassava Processing Integrated Industry for Women in Alapoti Ado/Otta LGA, Ogun West Senatorial District.
LOT8- Construction of Rice Milling Factory for Women in Sunwa/Sawonjo, Yewa North Ogun State.
LOT 9- Construction of Pavillion Building/Sports Ground at Nigeria Farmcraft Centre for the Blind, Ikeja, Lagos.
LOT 10- Construction of the Perimeter Fence at the National Child Model Development Centre, Abuja.
LOT 11- Completion of Orphan & Vulnerable Children Centre Makurdi & Calabar
2.0 Bidding Requirement
All interested bidders should submit the following:
- Company Profile
- Evidence of Key Personnel with their qualification(s) and Experience
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Evidence of Tax payment or lax Clearance for the last three (3) consecutive years
- Evidence of compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004
- Evidence of compliance with Section 6(2) of the ITF Amendment Act 2011.
- VAT Registration Certificate including TIN Number
- Evidence of Financial Capability from a Reputable Commercial Bank,
- List of relevant and verifiable equipments for construction.
- Any other relevant information that will be of help in determining the firm’s suitability for the work.
3.0 Collection of Tender Document
Bidders are expected to collect Tender Documents from the Office of the Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs & Social Development, 4th Floor, Room 5A/405, Federal Secretariat Annex, Shehu Shagari Way, Abuja after payment of the non-refundable fee of N15, 000.00 only, in the Ministry’s Central Pay Office (CPO), from 12 Noon on Thursday 30th May 2013 to Thursday 11th July, 2013,
4.0 Submission /Opening Of Proposals
All completed tender documents should be returned by hand on or before 12.0Onoon Thursday 11th July, 2013 in one (1) hard copy in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

The Documents Shall Be Opened the Same Day.
