Invitation to Tender

1.0 Preamble

The Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation hereby invites qualified, reputable and competent firms to tender for the under listed works.

 

 

2.0       Description of Works

LOT (1) Provision of furniture for FPO Abeokuta, Ogun State

LOT (2) Provision of furniture for FPO Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State

LOT (3) Provision of furniture for FPO Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State,

LOT (4) Construction of FPO Dutse, Jigawa State.

LOT (5) Provision of Library Furniture/Equipment and Automation for the Treasury House Library

 

30      Tender Requirement

3.1       Qualified and interested bidders are required to submit the following document/evidence of

  1. Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
  2. Professional and technical qualifications
  3. Equipment and personnel owned
  4. Bank reference
  5. Payment into employees RSA Pension Account
  6. Tax payment for the last 3 years (i.e 2008, 2009 & 201 0).

 

 

4.0      Note

Interested bidders are to note that

  1. Bidders should not bid for more than one lot.
  2. The Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation reserves the right to verify the authenticity of claims made by Bidders in the tender document submitted, and is not under any obligation to accept lowest bids.

 

5.0     Collection of Tender Document

5.1 Interested bidders are to collect the tender document from the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation, Treasury House at the office of Assistant Director (Procurement) on the 1st floor, Wing B, Room 11 , with effect from 27th June till closing date, 11th July, 201 1 , between the hours of 8: am to 3: pm daily.

6.0     Submission of Tender Document

6.1     The Financial and Technical tender document should be enclosed in same sealed envelope marked with the Lot number on the top right corner of the envelope, and dropped in the tender box marked Financial and Technical Bid not later 11th June, 2011 at the following location:

The Director (Procurement),

Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation,

1st Floor, Wing A, Room 1A07

Treasury

Garki, Abuja.

 

 

7.0     Closing

7.1     Bid Submission closes 12 noon, 11th July 2011.

 

 

8.0     Opening of tender Document

8.1     Bidders should note that all Bids received shall be opened in the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation’s Conference Room on the 2nd floor at 2.00 pm on 11th July, 2011.

 

8.2     Bidders are by this notice also invited to attend the Bid opening session on the stated date and time; and

 

8.3     nothing in this advertisement shall be construed to be commitment on the part of the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation.
