Invitation for Technical and Financial Bids
The Office of the Surveyor-General of the Federation (OSGOF) invites interested reputable and qualified companies to submit tender for the following project:
Lot1: Procurement and Installation of Stratus Fault Tolerant (FT) Scalable Storage 20TB Server (SAN) for Geo-Spatial High Performance Data Base Centre in the OSGOF.
2. Technical Capacity/Financial Bid Requirements:
(i) Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years.
(iii) VAT Registration Certificate/Evidence of Remittance.
(iv) Evidence of Registration with the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON).
(v) Evidence of financial capacity to handle the project or banking support
(vi) List of similar jobs successfully executed especially on Geo-Spatial High Performance Data within the last three years.
(vii) Evidence of technical and operational capabilities.
(viii) Name, e-mail address and telephone numbers of the CEOs of the company.
(ix) Evidence of participation in National Pension scheme for staff, and
(x) Evidence of compliance with ITF regulations.
3. Submission and Opening of Bids:
The submission of bids shall be in two (2) separate envelops, sealed and clearly marked separately as Technical and Financial, addressed to “The Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, OSGOF” and is to be dropped by hand into the Tender Box of the OSGOF on or before Thursday 29th November, 2012 by 12 Noon. The bid shall be opened at 2:00pm same day. The Financial Bids of successful contractors shall be opened on 30th November, 2012 at 2:00pm. The representatives of contractors, NIS, NGO’s and general public are invited to witness the two events, please.
