Invitation for Prequalification of Contractors Merged Tetfund Intervention Projects for 2011/2012
In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Federal Polytechnic Offa invites interested, reputable and established competent CONTRACTORS to submit pre- qualification documents to express interest for the under listed projects:
A. The Projects
Lot A – Proposed Entrepreneurship Centre
Lot B – Proposed Library and Information Science
B. The Contractor
The Contractor must be able to execute general construction and execution of given projects to specification within completion period.
C. Pre-Qual1fication Requirements
Interested competent Contractors wishing to be pre-qualified for the projects must submit the following:
- Evidence of Company Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
- Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Pensions Reform Act 2004;
- Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years, i.e. 2010, 2011, 2012; Comprehensive Company Profile including names and resume of key staff with genuine reachable addresses and phone numbers (enclose photocopies of credentials);
- Evidence of technological capability, equipment and experience in similar projects/activities as well as experiences/technical qualification of key personnel;
- Evidence of tax clearance tor the last three (3) years;
- Evidence of VAT registration and past remittance; and
- Evidence of Financial Capability with Bank Reference
Original documents should be available for sighting on demand during or after the opening of pre-qualification document;
The completed pre-qualification documents must be in sealed separate envelopes for each lot. The lot should be clearly indicated on the top left corner of the envelope and the name of the company indicated at the other side j of the envelope.

Pre-qualification Documents received will be opened during the Bid Opening which shall take place at 1.00pm on the same August 19, 2013 in the presence of Contractors who choose to attend.
