Invitation for Prequalification of Contractors for NCDF Affordable Housing Project.
1. Introduction
Nigerian Capital Development Fund is a private development agency partnering the Government of Nigeria. In pursuant of its developmental initiatives and in line with present Government programmes, NCDF is embarking on an affordable Housing Scheme for delivering affordable homes to low income households through its special purpose, NCDF Affordable Housing Limited.
The first phase of the project has commenced in the FCT and we hereby invite reputable and interested companies to apply for participation in pre-qualification process for the execution of the following categories of work.
2. Projects to Be Executed
Lot 1: Design and Architectural Consultancy (landscaping)
Lot 2: Construction of conventional foundations for the building structures
Lot 3: Supply of granites, sands, laterite, water etc
Lot 4: Supply and installation of electrical
Lot 5: Supply of construction tool, equipments, manpower & other resources
Lot 6: Welding and metallurgical services
Lot 7: Supply of paints and painting services
Lot 8: Supply of plumbing materials and services
Lot 9: Structural and Engineering Consultancy
Lot 10: Drilling and installation of boreholes
3. Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested firms should obtain the NCDF Affordable Housing Scheme Prequalification Form after payment of a non-refundable pre-qualification assessment fee of N25, 000.00 to:
