INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION ON ETF LIBRARY INTERVENTION PROJECTS

The Governing Council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, invites interested and qualified contractors for pre-qualification on the following projects:

a)     Procurement of 544 No Volumes of Books: ETF Library intervention Projects No: UNIV/OGBOMOSO/ETF/06-08/01 –LOT I

b)    Procurement of Various Local Journals: ETF Library Intervention Projects No: UNIV/OGBOMOSO/ETF/06-08 02- LOT II

c)     Procurement of Various Foreign Journals: ETF Library Invention Projects No: UNIV/OGBOMOSO/ETF/06- 08/03- LOT Ill

d)    Procurement of 5 No of Trolley; 50 No of Book Supports; 4 No of Office Glass Cupboard and 3 No Sharp Photocopiers (5316): ETF Library intervention Project Number UNIV/OGBOMOSO /ETF/06-08/04-LOT IV.

Procurement of 8 No. HP Laser Jet P2015 Printers, 18Number Laptops 1.8GHz 1GB Ram, 160GB, HDD, DVD Writer15th TFT Screen Wireless, WIFI, Camera, Win XPVISTA; 13   No. HP ScanJet 5590 Digital Flatbed Scanner; ETF Library Intervention Project Number

UNIV/OGBOMOSO/ETF/06-/08/05 – LOT V

Pre-Qualification Requirements

1. Evidence of incorporation or Business name registration,
2. Registration with LAUTECH in relevant category,
3. Company Audited Account for 3 years,
4. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years,
5. Evidence of payment of Education tax (as applicable)
6. Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking Support,
7. Experiences/Technical qualification and experience of key Personnel
8. Similar verifiable Projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the Industry,
9. Equipment and Technology capacity,
10. Annual Turnover,
11. VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittances,
12. Evidence of payment of pre-qualification fee of N100,000.00 per LOT, for category 1 only, while other LOTS are N50.000.00 per LOT, through Bank Draft in Favour of LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY OGBOMOSO, to be exchanged for University Official Receipt at the Bursary Department

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents

a)     The Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in a binder of two copies per LOT in a wax-sealed envelope to be addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. The envelopes should be marked “Pre-Qualification” with the appropriate project/LOT name of the contract boldly written on the top of the envelope and to be dropped in a tender Box in the Office of the REGISTRAR, not later than 3^rd March, 2011.

b)    Names of pre-qualified Contractors will be published on the Notice Board of the University

c)     Only pre-qualified Companies will be invited for technical and Commercial bidding

Submission closes 3^rd March, 2011 by 12.00 noon. Late submissions will not be accepted

Only successful pre-qualified Companies will be contacted for the submission of Technical and Commercial bids
