Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors
1. Introduction
The Management of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) wishes to invite reputable, experienced, technically competent qualified IT firms for tender in respect of the Procurement of Personal Computers and Printers.
2. Pre-Qualification Requirements.

- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of Technical Competence (key staff & Equipment)/Company profile.
- Evidence of recent 3 years Tax Clearance.
- Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) certified for the last (3) years.
Plus other relevant documents and information required by the Public Procurement Act 2007.
3. Pre-Qualification /Tender Documents
Interested firms, after the payment of the non-refundable tender fee of N15,000.00 in cash at the Bank’s Cash Office which shall be duly receipted, are required to document/register at the: Information Technology Information Systems Unit Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria Plot 266 Cadastral Zone AO, Central Business District, Abuja.
These can be done between 9am and 4pm on any working day from the date of this publication.
4. Submission of Documents
The Pre-qualification documents should be deposited in the Tender Box at the office of the HOD (Organizational Resourcing Department) Head Office, Abuja.
5. Closing Date
The submission of pre-qualification documents closes 12.00noon on 9th September, 2013. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted thereafter when the technical evaluation is completed.
6. Please Note
- The Bank will not enter into any correspondence with any firm as to why they are not successful. All incurred and associated expenses in preparation of the Tender Documents shall be borne by the prospective firms.
- Only shortlisted firms shall be invited for Tenders.
- Nothing in this advert shall be construed to be a commitment on our part.
