Invitation for Pre-Qualification
Introduction
The Federal Fire Service hereby invites experienced and reputable registered contractors to bid for the following projects:
Lot l: Supply of Water/Foam Fire Fighting Tender ‘
Lot 2: Design and Construction of Fire House
Lot 3: Construction of Commandant’s Quarters
Lot 4: Rehabilitation of Federal Fire Service Headquarter Office
Lot 5: Perimeter Solar Lighting for the National Fire Academy
2.0 Pre-Qualification Documents
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Evidence of up-to-date registration with relevant professional bodies.
iii. Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years.
iv. Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years.
v. Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking support.
vi. Experienced/Technical qualification and experience of key personnel.
vii. Similar projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry as applicable.
viii. VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittances in the past three (3) years.
ix. Evidence of compliance with provision of Pension Reform Act 2004 as contained in Section 16 (6d) of the Public Procurement Act.
3.0 Submission of Documents
All pre-qualification documents should be addressed in separate envelope to the secretary (STB) for each lot, sealed and appropriately marked, e.g. (Lot 1) not later than 1st October, 2012. to:

4.0: All Prequalified Contractors will be invited for Tender Documents collection on or before 24th September, 2012 of prequalification. Evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (=N=30, 000.00) only is a prerequisite.
