Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for Works, 2012 Capital Projects
National Orientation Agency is inviting experienced, reputable and registered companies to bid for the following
Procurement of Works
PACKAGE NO.A/RN/01/2012
Lot 1: Renovation of Abia State Office, Umuahia
Lot 2: Renovation of Imo State Office, Owerri
Lot 3: Renovation of Kogi State Office, Lokoja
Lot 4: Renovation of Nasarawa State office, Lafia
Lot 5: Renovation of Osun State Office, Oshogbo
Lot 6: Renovation of Headquarters Office, Abuja
Pre-Qualification Requirement:
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)-Certificate of Incorporation
- Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding with declared turn over
- Evidence of Valued Added Tax (VAT) Remittance
- Evidence of Financial Capability
- Pension Compliance Certificate issued by PENCOM
- Company profile with names, address and qualification(s) of key personnel
- Sworn affidavit from a Court of Law affirming that no Director of the Company was ever convicted in any court of Law
- Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tenders fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty thousand naira) only per lot.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in related works with documented evidence.
- Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies
- Annual turnover and Audited Statements of Accounts for the past three years.
- Evidence of registration with the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of Nigeria.
All payments should be made in favour of National Orientation Agency’s Overhead Account at Zenith Bank, Account No: 1011835342
Tender Documents
Tender documents containing detailed description of each project can be obtained (after payment of N20, 000.oo to the account above and receipt obtained from cash office of the Agency) from National Orientation Agency, Room 332, Procurement Unit, NOA Headquarters, Abuja.
Submission:
i) All documents should be addressed to The Director General, National Orientation Agency Headquarters. Attention: Deputy Direct Director (Procurement).
ii) All documents should be dropped by hand into the tamper Proof Tender Box located in Room 332, Procurement Office.
iii) Technical Tender documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with Package Number, Project and Lot Number(s) at the right corner of the envelop (e.g package No. NOA/RN/01/2012: Renovation of Abia State Office, Umuahia, Lot 1)
iv) Original copy of the Financial Tenders documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope alongside two bound photocopies clearly marked with the Name of the Bidder, Package number, Project and Lot number(s) (e.g. Messrs XYZ & Co. Ltd, NOA/RN/01/2012 “ Renovation of Abia State Office, Umuahia. Lot 1).
v) Both Technical and Financial Tender documents are to be submitted at the same time but in different boxes.
Closing
Submission and Collection of Tenders document shall close at 12 noon, Wednesday 29th August, 2012. Late bids shall not be accepted pleas.
Please Note that:
i) The Agency is not obliged to award any contract to any contractor
ii) All documents (from relevant Agencies like CAC, FIRS, PENCOM, FRC and Financial Institutions) shall be subject to verification.
iii) Only companies that have been successfully screened and fund competent will have their financial tenders opened and considered.
