Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for Outsourced Services
Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja, is inviting interested companies for pre-qualification and tender for the following outsourced services:
Lot A Security Services
Lot B Cleaning Services
Pre-Qualification Requirement
Prospective contractor/companies shall be required to submit the following pre-qualification requirements in a sealed envelope.
i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
ii. Evidence of Registration/License from the Ministry of Interior: For Security
Services only.
iii. Evidence of financial capability, including 3 years audited financial accounts and Bank Statements for the past six (6) months.
iv. Evidence of payment of taxes, including 3 years tax clearance certificates (2009, 2010, & 2011), VAT Registration/remittance.
v. Evidence of previous jobs done, including letters of award, contact address/phone numbers of clients for confirmation.
Collection of Financial Documents
Interested companies are to collect financial documents from the Administration department of the hospital upon payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N40, 000.00. The collection of Tender documents start on the Tuesday 12th September, 2012.
Submission of Pre-Qualification/Financial Documents
Pre-qualification and Tender documents are to be neatly bound and sealed in two separate envelopes marked ‘Pre-qualification for….’, ‘Financial for …..’ (Quoting the appropriate LOT title boldly written on the top right hand corner of the envelope) and addressed to

The pre-qualification/Financial documents should be registered and dropped in the Tender box located in the Administrative block.
Closing/Tender Opening Date
Submission of pre-qualification/tender documents will close Tuesday 16th October, 2012 by 12noon prompt. The opening of pre-qualification documents will be done on Tuesday 16th October, 2012. at 12noon prompt in the Boardroom of the FMC Lokoja. All contractors or their representatives are invited.
