It intends to utilise part of the appropriation for the procurement of IT Accessories Computers Accessories, Office Equipment, Office Furniture and other facilities as required.

Qualification for Bidding
Interested Companies must show evidence of the following:
- Incorporation with the CAC (attach copy);
- Tax Clearance Certificate for last three years;
- Value Added Tax certificate (VAT);
- Payment of Tender fees.

Tender Documents
All Tenders are to be completed in the English language with interested bidders submitting completed bids upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (=N= 10,000.00) in Bank Draft payable to “Nigeria Electricity Liability Management Ltd/Gte”
Submission of Bids
Completed Bids should be delivered in SEALED envelope marked confidential with the LOT number and bidders name clearly written on the top left corner of the envelope and deposited at the underlisted address on or before 26th July, 2013 at 12.00noon:
