Invitation for Bids
The Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic wishes to apply its 2013 capital appropriation for the following projects.
Lot 1: Construction of Volleyball & Handball Pitches
Lot 2: Construction of a Block of 2 No. Classrooms
Lot 3: Construction of Perimeter Wall Fencing
Lot 4: Renovation of Administrative Office Block
Lot 5: Renovation of 2 Bedrooms/3 Bedrooms Staff houses located at Annex and Main Campus of the Polytechnic
2. In view of the above, the Polytechnic invites interested bidders to forward the following along with the biding documents:
i) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
ii) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
iii) VAT Registration and evidence of past remittances
iv) Company Profile which should include names, qualification and experience of key personnel
v) Verifiable evidence of previous experience in handling similar projects including letters of award/practical completion certificates
vi) Evidence of availability of Plants and Equipment owned by the company
vii) Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking support (show Reference/Guarantee from a reputable Bank)
viii) Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years
ix) Annual Turnover
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the under sign and upon payment of a non refundable fee of N 20,000.00 only.
4. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Bidding Document for ….2013 Capital Project.” including the title of the project and addressed to:

On or before Monday 6th May 2013 by 12:00 noon
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their representative at 2:00pm on 6th May 2013 at the Council Chambers of the Polytechnic.
