Re: Invitation to Tender for the Internal Partitioning, Furnishing , and Provision of Kitchen Equipment for the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) Headquarters, Central Business District, Abuja
-An Addendum-
Further to an earlier advertisement in this medium by the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) on 22nd March, 2010 inviting qualified firms to tender for the internal partitioning, furnishing and provision of kitchen equipments for the new Agency’s corporate headquarters, an addendum is hereby published.
2. As part of the pre-qualification for the award of the of the afore-mentioned contract, firms who earlier submitted bids are kindly requested to forward evidence(s) of compliance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act 2004 in line with section 16(6)d of the Public Procurement Act of 2007 compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004 include as the minimum;
i) Ensuring that all employees open Retirement Savings Accounts (RSA) with a Pension Fund Administration of their choice;
ii) Remitting both employer and employee pension contributions to the appropriate Pension Fund custodian not later than 7 days from the date of payment of salaries and;
iii) Transferring all Pension Funds and Assets prior to the
commencement of the Pension Reform Act to licensed pension operators.
3. Firms are to submit the above documents to the head, (Finance and Administration), PPPRA on or before 26th May , 2010 at plot 1012 Cadastral Zone ADO Central Business District behind National Mosque, Abuja.
4. Please this notice is limited to ONLY firms which had responded to the advertisement in Punch Newspaper, Daily Trust Newspaper and Federal Tenders Journal of 22nd March, 2010.
5. Firm which has already submitted the above document may not need to resubmit.
