REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE.
The Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria has appropriated funds in its year 2010 FGN budget for perimeter fencing of the college premises and intends to apply a portion of the funds to procure consultancy services.
The College therefore wishes to procure the services of consulting firm or organization with specific expertise, proven track record and experience in design and supervision of construction of perimeter fence of airports and aviation organizations.
The Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff etc,). Such expertise could include Project Management, Design of Airports and Airports Perimeter Fence, Drainages, Runways, Supervision of Construction of perimeter fences etc. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
Scope of Services:
The scope of the services will include but not limited to:
1. Design of the college perimeter Fence
2. Preparation of Bills of quantities and all drawings
3. Preparation of tenders documents and evaluation of tenders.
4. Supervision of Construction and all related works
5. Submission of regular projects reports
Duration of the Service:
The assignment must be completed within a period of one (1) year from the date of signing of contract agreement. The consultants will be selected in accordance with the quality and cost based selection (QCBS) procedures set out in the Procurement Act 2007 and Procurement Procedures Manual.
Interested consultants may as from 31st May, to 14th June, 2010 request further information from the address below during office hours of 9.00am – 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays.
The Expression of Interest should be addressed and delivered on or before 4.00pm on Monday 21st June, 2010 at the address shown below. The envelope should be sealed and marked “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION OF COLLEGE PERIMETER FENCE” at upper left hand corner of the envelope.
