Expression of interest for Consultancy Services for 2010 Capital Projects
National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi – Lagos seeks to engage the services of Consultants in the following fields: Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering for 2010 Capital Projects for Construction of New Buildings in the hospital.
Interested Firms (preferably a consortium of the above-listed professionals) are invited to submit the under listed documents with their letters of interest for consideration to be pre-qualified:
1. Evidence of Incorporation/ Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years
3. VAT Certificate
4. Audited Accounts of Firm for the past 3 years
5. List of Key Professionals/ Partners/Firm/Consortium and evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies.
6. Company’s profile and current office address
7. Evidence of similar assignments conducted by Firm/Consortium
8. Evidence from Firm/Consortium’s Bankers as to its financial strength, creditworthiness and solvency.
Please Note that:
(a) All costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the Expression of Interest is to be borne entirely by Firm/Consortium.
(b) National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi-Lagos reserves the right to reject any or all Expressions of interest and to terminate the entire selection at any time without any liability to the Hospital.
(c) All documents, which must be acknowledged “received” shall be
in ten (10) copies in a sealed envelope addressed to the “Medical Director, National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi – Lagos.”
(d) All documents are to be submitted in the office of the Head of Administration n or before 27th May , 2010 by 1.00pm.
Pre-qualification documents would be opened on 28th May, 2010 by 12.00 noon.
