- Tendering shall be conducted through the National Competitive bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the procurement Act 2007 and is opened to all tendertrs.
- Interested reputable companies are requested to obtain complete set of tender documents during office hours (8.00am to 16.00pm) as from 31st May, 2010 upon payment of non-refundable tender fee. Interested tenderers may also obtain further information from the address below.
- Duly completed bid documents should be submitted in an envelope, sealed and marked “TENDER FOR (indicate the project title)” at the left hand corner of the envelope and addressed to:

All submissions must reach the above address on or before 19th July, 2010 at 11.00am. Electronics bids shall not be accepted and bids received after the deadline shall be rejected. The College is not bound to award to the lowest bidder,
- Bids will be opened publicly on Monday, 19th July, 2010 at 11.00am, at the College Cafeteria, NCAT, Zaria in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
